Underwatering is most commonly caused by:

  • A calcified watering nozzle (if every tray is dry in the same area, this is likely the cause).
  • The Instafarm being near a draft from a door, vent, or window. This can be resolved by moving the Instafarm, or by increasing the watering through the Instafarm app. If you believe this is the issue, please let us know and we will walk you through the steps to adjust the watering.
If you do not believe either of the above to be the cause of the underwatered trays, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] with a photo of the overwatered tray(s), and we will get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
