If your Instafarm is blinking a red light, please check the following:
  • Ensure the water tank is full, and sitting flush on the dock (nothing is on the bottom of the tank attached to the magnets preventing it from sitting down fully).
  • Ensure the watering head is moving to each tray properly (a jam can cause the light to blink red). To check this, unplug the Instafarm, plug it back in, and power the Instafarm on after the green indicator light appears. The head should begin to move to each tray within 15 seconds of powering on.
  • Ensure the watering head is spraying each tray as it visits them.
If any of the above do not resolve the issue, please let us know so we can troubleshoot the issue for you. Additionally, if the Instafarm is making any unusual noises, please provide a video of the issue so the customer service team can best evaluate the problem. Please ensure the video shows the position of the watering head in the Instafarm, particularly while it is making the unusual noise, as this helps us with troubleshooting the cause of the jam.
