Returns
All Instafarm units come with a 30-day money back guarantee. We utilize state-of-the-art engineering and the best possible seeds and soil to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. If, however, you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days of the purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
1. Have include all the original parts, packaging and manuals;
2. Be returned within 30 days of receipt of the package;
3. Be purchased directly from Instafarm’s Website.
If the returned item does not meet the requirements listed above, there will be a restocking fee or you’ll be issued a store credit instead.
Returns within the continental United States will be eligible for free pre-paid return shipping. For international orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Refund for orders will exclude any non-free shipping cost and only the product cost will be refunded.
No returns of trays or units will be excepted for any reason after 30 days from the receipt of the package.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
Instafarm Unit Warranty
The warranty period is 1 year from the date of the purchase. During the warranty period, if your product malfunctions, it will be repaired or replaced based on Instafarm’s warranty terms and conditions. To be eligible for the Warranty Program:
1. You must be the initial purchaser of the new product from Instafarm or one of its authorized distributors;
2. The product has been properly maintained, not abused, misused, altered, modified, or repaired;
3. All work under the warranty must be performed by Instafarm;
4. All returned products must be shipped to our address, freight prepaid, accompanied by a dated proof of purchase;
5. The purchaser voids this warranty if he, she or others attempt to repair, service or alter the product in any way;
This warranty does not apply in the event of accident, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, tampering, modification, fire, flood, collision or other damage from external sources, including damage which has been caused by user replaceable parts. If a growing container or tray other than Instafarm’s Branded Trays have been used in any of Instafarm’s units this automatically voids the warranty.
Instafarm Tray Growth Guarantee
Instafarm only uses high-quality organic seeds and soil in its trays. If any trays are purchased by Instafarm and do not grow properly within 6 months of the purchase date those trays will be replaced by Instafarm free of charge and will be included with the next shipment of trays being sent to the customer.
Customer is responsible to upload a picture of the tray and the Instafarm Unit Serial Number in order to receive the replacement tray. This Guarantee only applies to trays grown in an Instafarm growing unit compatible with the trays.
